Exchange and Return of Goods of Proper Quality

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, if for any reason a purchased product does not meet your needs, you have the right to exchange or return it in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

Conditions for Exchange and Return:

  1. The product has not been used: Returns are accepted only for products that have not been used and retain their original appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels, along with the receipt or other proof of purchase provided with the product.
  2. Return period: You may exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving it, excluding the day of purchase.
  3. Exchange/return procedure: To arrange an exchange or return, please contact our manager and provide information about the product and the reason for the return or exchange.
  4. Shipping costs: The cost of shipping a product for exchange or return is covered by the customer, except when the product was received defective or does not correspond to its description.

Please note that products belonging to the category of hygiene or cosmetic products may only be returned or exchanged if a manufacturing defect is identified.
